On 3.2.2010 appeared on WORLD-Online, the infamous call to WORLD-author Daniel Pipes "Obama should bomb Iran". A particularly striking and repulsive case of warmongering in a German medium. WORLD-author Pipes recommended the bombing specifically target poor poll ratings of the American president.
At this point I had in the WORLD items and then also my complaint letter to the German Press Council from 4.2.2010.
In this I pointed out that the WORLD call was still covered in a war of aggression, neither by the Basic Law of the Press Code in force.
And:
"As a German, it fills me with great shame that 65 years after the end of World War 2 from German soil, ie from a German newspaper [THE WORLD-line], can be called back to a war of aggression. Resist the beginnings! "
