Who is Klaus? Born in 1941, Prague is actually an economist, he completed his studies in the 1960s under the socialist regime in Czechoslovakia in Italy and the USA. He was Czechoslovak Minister of Finance, from 1992-97 he was Czech Prime Minister in 2003 then President in 1989.
