Pain
For some time I had problems with the neck spine. To top it all came out a few weeks ago yet added a mid-heavy whiplash. For ease my pain I was thinking of an experienced, fine annoying Osteopath, was to convey to his proper place myself with a few magic attacks, something that I felt was blocked and slipped again.
I found this gentleman too, and as expected, he expressed at two points behind both ears, and put my neck still plagued each one slowly to the right and to the left - and great! My radius increased significantly along with a sense of unblocking. I was on the right track.
Yesterday I made a mistake. A friend offered me in exchange for their proven pleased with a massage. Actually, I should have known it: One should not let lay in massage in a healing process, especially not in the delicate cervical spine. (more ...)
